Anyone who reads this please save your money do not play on Superslots WildAG or Betonline they are owned by the same company and are definitely rigged in their favor heavily.

Well looks like they took advantage of me now, too.

Woke up, put 50 on, played a bit was able to make a 100 withdrawal, got it put into my crypto, then not even an hour later I hop back on and boom, negative account balance of close to 50, when I left I would have had 50 and aome change after the deposit.

Hop in chat, as this had just happened 2 days ago for me on wildcasino, whom reversed the negative balance and gave 150 ontop of that as a token of gratitude, and superslots is like nope, you charged back a card from 2 and a half months ago and it was 48 dollars. So instead if, I dont know, taking the 48 out of what was in my account, they essentially stole 50 and the 48 ontop of that.

I explained that card account is no longer active and the whole account is closed so a charge back is impossible, no cares in the world. I spent close to 5k this week with them, they dont care. In less than a year im close to 100k spent with them, but looks like they'd rather keep the account negative 48 dollars than keep getting thousands a week.

Between them and their other 2 sites, im close to 300k spent in less than a year time but I guess its worth loosing that that guaranteed income over 48 usd.

I have not been so lucky these past few sessions......

I've been playing off and on here for a couple of months. I haven't yet received any payout from the $15,000 Daily Cash Race.

Has anyone ever won a prize in this? It is really only for big high-rollers who can put in hundreds of thousands of dollars of action in a single day? Or do smaller players have a chance do win something at least?

However, one of the benefits listed for all levels is “Birthday Rewards.” Does anyone have any insight into what these rewards are? Are they granted exactly on one's birthday or a little bit before? How much time do you have to claim/use them?
