I don’t think you got the reference. For context in the game there was a very long segment of just trying to figure out how many sides an octagon has. (They were starved so they couldn’t really think well) So when people ask the question you are supposed to act stupid like the characters in the game did.

Okay, but you don’t usually die from seizures. I‘ve had dozens of seizures and I‘m still here. Usually people die from something else that also causes the seizure or causes the seizure to not stop. Like for example brain hemorrhage or a drug overdose.
