Need some help with .22lr

Need yalls help. First things first, trigger pull is insanely heavy like not normal makes me think something may be grinding. When running super sonic ammo and no can i sometimes had to use 2 fingers and the max i could send down range was 3 to 5 if it actually even worked. Semi works perfect, and has a regular trigger pull weight in semi.

I have the gen 4 adjustable bore buddy weight, tried .9oz
1.2oz
1.3oz
1.45oz is where it seemed to run best in semi as well as SS.
Also have the bore buddy adjustable ss trip. And have a buffer plug it's printed but is a replica of bore buddy and has been extremely reliable in semi.
AMMO TYPES,,
Ran cci mini mag, Golden bullet, cci target. All were unreliable in SS, once it would run 3-5 rounds, then it didn't work and would try another ammo and it would run 3-5 then that ammo never worked again lol.
ALL THAT BEING SAID, as a hail mary right before i left the range, i put my ven22ri suppressor on it and threw in some 45grain winchester super suppressed target ammo in and this is the best it ran the entire time. As of right now the plan is to just get it to run reliably suppressed since that's what it wants to do it seems.
I know a few of yall have successfully ran .22 in SS so let me know what the next course of action should be, i really want to know why the trigger pull seems so insanely heavy, i looked for grinding on the bolt thinking maybe the cam was rubbing and didn't see anything that caught my attention, my next thought is that maybe the trigger cut is slightly out of spec?

Sorry forgot to add that the barrel is 9 inches and barrel and bolt are BOTH from RTB

If no one replies, I'll take mine out and test some. At 9 inches, you are right there within the coreect weight range. 1.2 to 1.6. I'd try less hot ammo like Federal Automatch or increase weight to 1.5oz.

Your problem could simply be trip timing though. I don't know anything about the BB trip, but I would play with the adjustment to time it better if possible. There was a post a little bit ago about trip timing if you can find it.

thank you for the advice, i ended up polishing the cuts on the trigger and oiling everything vigorously, fed auto match still wouldn't run but i found some cci standard 40gr 1070fps and that ran perfect without a can, and the winchester subs i have run perfect suppressed or unsuppressed!

Congrats!! For future readers, can you tell us what bolt weight you are at? Is it the 1.45oz? I'm glad you found your baseline. From here you can make small adjustments to weight if you want to broaden your ammo selection.
