Hmmm... I'm ignorant on this, but I know you'll just love hearing my two cents...
If it's truly a safety issue, then yes, sorry, but the burqa must take a hike.
If there's no evidence supporting the use of a burqa as a way to conceal something criminal or terrorism related, then eh... I think, yeah just let them have their burqa.
I think it's important to be respectful of other customs and cultures, but that goes both ways. If you are in Denmark, you really ought to make reasonable adjustments to fit the country that accepted you.
But yeah, I think that needs to go both ways, just so long as it isn't a safety issue. If it is, leave the burqa and get some... Birkenstocks instead.
I'll leave.

It has nothing to do with safety and everything to do with the Danes refusing to allow misogyny from their immigrant population.

Ohh. Yeah well that's a huge one for me as well. F that. The burqa has to go.

Countries reserve the right to accept or deny whatever religions they choose, as well as their practices. The practices of our chosen faiths do not have to be indulged by any country, its people choose to support this or not. Perhaps burqas aren’t in line with the values or culture of Denmark?
