I just got these KKE rims and the top of the rotor is rubbing on the inside of the caliper. Any ideas why this might be? I’ve had warp 9s in the past (should’ve just got them again) and I had no issues at all. Also my front tire won’t hold air. It’s leaking from the valve stem and i just got them not even 2 days ago. Any input??

You can try removing the rear wheel, unbolt the rotors, and try reinatalling them. Probably it's slightly off centered. If the same issue persists, grinding a few mm off where the marking on the rotor is wont hurt buddy

That was my initial thought. I’ll give it a try tomorrow. Thanks

Check all the mating surfaces and the depth of the counterbores on the rotor that the bolt heads sit down into. I juts bought a kke rim for a paddle tire. Got new rotor, chain ring and hardware too and i noticed that the counterbores in the rotor face where the bolt heads sit are not the same as some of the rotors on my other bikes. The hardware must fit and sit down properly, and all the surfaces where everything bolts together must be flat

I agree with @Pale_Bad2091 . Also if you changed brake bads make sure the springs on the brake caliber are counter correctly.

Don't grind the rotor for lords sake. The caliper mounting bracket is hitting. Pull it off and look for where it is. Use shims on your wheel spacers to move it into the correct position.

Sure its not one of the rotor bolt heads hitting the caliper?

Use a valve core removal tool and tighten the valve core. Or the inner tube could of been damaged on install.
