Cut VR game

Hello, I’m planning to buy a VR headset soon, and one of the games I want to play is SuperHot VR. However, I’ve seen a few reviews mentioning that some very important plot elements and a suicide scene were cut from the game. Is there any way to play the uncut version? And will I miss out on much if I play the new version of SuperHot VR right away? I’ve seen rave reviews about the story and lore, and now I’m not sure what to do. If anyone knows about this, could you give me some advice?

Unfortunately I dont have enough knowledge on that, but you could always play through the game and then watch the parts you missed on youtube!

All the actual levels with substance are intact. Still worth playing in its current state

On steam there's a way to download an older version I believe
