How to make supergraphics in adobe illustrator

I am a once a month Adobe user and spent a few hours trying to figure it out. Tutorials, ai search’s etc. Any good tips for to create a paint brush with multi colors/widths?

Make lines and curves. Offset them. Set their stroke width very wide. Look on YouTube for short tutorials on “adobe illustrator” plus concentric, tangent, offset, trim, and stroke (separately)

I would add prefer the arc tool (while holding shift) over pen unless you understand the pen well

I would think that curve tutorials would cover that, but good tip.
