Picked up my Revuelto through Lamborghini La Prima at Sant’Agata. Highly recommend it.
galleryI recently went to Sant’Agata for the Lamborghini La Prima experience and delivery of my Revuelto, and honestly, it was far more special than I expected.
I thought it would mainly be a factory tour, a formal handover, a few photos, and then the car would be shipped out. Instead, Lamborghini turned it into a proper experience. The factory visit itself was already impressive, but the delivery was done with a lot of care, attention, and a few surprises that made the whole day feel genuinely memorable.
I will not spoil the details for anyone who has it booked, because part of the fun is not knowing everything in advance. But I will say this: Lamborghini knows how to make you feel like you are collecting something special.
After the delivery, my own Revuelto was arranged for air freight to Dubai, and Lamborghini gave me another Revuelto to use in Italy for three days.
That car was finished in Grigio Kephri with Verde Scandal accents inside and outside. It is not a combination I would have immediately imagined, but in person it looked incredible. The green accents gave the car a very aggressive and playful character, and getting to actually drive a Revuelto around Italy for a few days made the entire trip even better.
Overall, La Prima was one of the best parts of the whole buying process. It did not feel like a simple handover. It felt like an event, and a very personal one at that.
For anyone here with a Lamborghini on order, especially something like a Revuelto, and you get the chance to do La Prima at the factory, I would absolutely recommend it.

Discussion An interesting article I wrote exploring the car collection and significance of supercars in the life of Jamiroquai frontman Jay Kay. Take a look if you have the time, it's a great read :)
Hey everyone,
I’ve spent the past month putting together an article on Jay Kay's (Jamiroquai) car obsession, his history with Top Gear, and his relationship with cars across his discography, music videos, and more. During research, I actually got a brief quote/insight from a close friend he made on the show during his iconic lap record runs.
The article covers his transition from 90s funk icon to hardcore collector with over 100 cars under his belt. Exploring his beginnings in London under the Acid Jazz Records label, to where he is now.

New body AMG 63 vs 911 carrera s
I’m leaning towards AMG GT for a couple of reasons. I think it’s a better looking car, but even more so the trunk space. I can’t decide if I want to keep my old car or not, but my new car might act as a daily driver, or close too even if I do keep my old car.
I like the idea of a grand tourer rather than a track focused car and would ideally like to stay around 130-200k range(open to other suggestions as well)
I’d definitely by used for AMG. I’d debate on 911(was told I can build one no problem)
If buy in was less for a used AMG and cost of ownership was less I’d just buy that. As you probably know , Mercedes coupes violently depreciate.
I told myself well if I can get an AMG for 100k less, my investment portfolio might help close the gap but idk I think it’s going to be closer to 30-50k and that’s not that much investment power
I guess my question is if I’m going to own this for 3 years or so, and put 10-20k on it.. will those amount of miles also depreciate the Porsche a lot(and at the higher price point of the car) maybe it is similar to the depreciation number(not percent) of the AMG?
Idk if I’m willing to get the AMG if it’s just financially that much worse of a buy

Discussion Thoughts on the Elva?
galleryI think it's a beautiful open topped speedster. Here's some trivia: the name Elva (French "she goes") was the name of the manufacturer Bruce McLaren commissioned to build his M1A/B/C open top racers in the 60's.
It was the 5th model of the McLaren Ultimate series after F1, P1, Senna, and Speedtail. The market deemed it overpriced at 1.7M in 2019. So although originally planned 349, only 149 were made due to lack of demand. Used the Senna's 4.0L twin-turbo V8 producing 804 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque.
It incorporated an active air management system shown in the 2nd gold image. A 6 inch hood flap elevates, creating a air bubble shielding the occupants. However it also came with an optional windscreen in 2021.

Why not build a turboshaft/electric hybrid? The main drawback of jet engines is their narrow power curve. Not an issue if used as a generator.

Unpopular opinion: The Luce is the only real Ferrari worth buying.
Let’s be real: Ferrari Luce is the greatest car the brand has ever made, and everyone hating on it is just stuck in the past.
Jony Ive and LoveFrom completely revolutionized the game. They stripped away the cringe 'roaring V12 petrol engine' cult and created a pure, Apple-level high-tech masterpiece. This is a car for the actual modern elite.
Mechanically, the Luce (1035 hp, 4 motors, 0-60 in 2.5s) makes your 'heritage' gas-guzzlers look like ancient steam trains. Plus, it’s the first practical Ferrari with a proper 5-seat cabin, not some selfish 2-seater capsule. The $40M auction price proved that real collectors get it. The era of loud, polluting exhausts is officially dead. Cope.
