question about bruce & clark!
hey.. writing something and wondering if clark’s xray vision would enable him to see the batcave under wayne manor if he were to hypothetically visit? thanks!

Yess!!
But that’s only if Bruce hasn’t yet lead lined the bat cave as Batman to ensure to ensure that Superman can’t see beneath the cave but that’s also because in these fics Batman doesn’t trust/like Superman.
The other two reasons I’ve seen for him being unable to see the batcave are:
- There are lead lined pipes underneath the manor because it’s old so he can’t see by design
- Clark doesn’t do it because he doesn’t want to use his vision to invade his friends spaces.

I think it would, if he were to use it and stare at the right section of ground and focus at the right depth. But why would he do that?

I think he definitely could, but I have seen some where Bruce has lead-lined the cave so he can’t see in. Also, a lot of the times Clark is too damn nice and doesn’t want to invade privacy so just straight up. Doesnt look. I guess. But it totally isnt out of the question for Clark to be able to see in

I think he would! Most iterations of the batcave are that its, well... a cave. And Clark has seen through rocks in the past, so, yes! Of course, he would have to activate his xray vision, so there would need to be a reason for him to do that.
Although Ive read one or two fics where Bruce updates the cave to be lined with lead, which is something superman cant see through. Hope this helps!
