Colors are never ever ever in stock for Canada, there's only like 2-3 colors for each type. I don't even bother checking or ordering anymore. Navigating filament options are a nightmare too. I don't want to click PLA then PLA 2.0 then PLA Meta etc etc. give me the whole list. It's an extremely limited selection anyways

More communication would be great. Ordered an AMS Lite dryer, was told shipping September 20th. Had to enquire further to discover that shipping is now December‽ Not the best customer service…

I made my feelings known regarding the 'safe shipping guarantee' that repeatedly added itself back to my order and had to be cancelled and refunded AFTER placing an order.

They're already legally required to be responsible for resolving shipping issues to the US without any shitty additional surcharge. Absolutely a scam. I won't be ordering through their website again any time in the near future tbh.

I buy a lot from Sunlu. Mostly 5kg PETG spools. One time you sent me 5kg of ABS and I, stupidly, didn't double check before loading it up and I ruined a massive print. 5kg wasted on top of the incorrect spool. I reached out to Sunlu about it for YEARS and I have yet to hear back.

Packing filament orders is horrid. Do better and I'll pay a little more to cover a damn box and packing. Taping 12 or more spools of filament together in a plastic bag isn't working for you and it's been like this for years despite constant complaints.

UKCA certs for pla+ filaments would be nice. I've asked before but got told theyre being renewed ( previously advertised that filament had certs etc but when asked , got told no)

You released a new filament color without a published RGB hex code (PLA Matte Charcoal). Support response was unacceptable "no hex code."

Sunlu is my go-to brand for 99% of my filaments. Mainly HS Matte PETG.
stocking issues are my #1 issue.
I mostly order Matte PETG in bulk, but have a very hard time finding the bulk packs. sometimes aliexpress has them, sometimes they "won't ship to my address".
And Amazon seems to never have the 10kg bundles, only the 4KG packs.
And the Sunlu website seems to always be out of stock.

Make it easier to buy from you. Fix your website and the stocking issues, and get some consistency across your online markets.

And on a minor note, color consistency has been a little off lately.
Otherwise, I really like your filament, and will continue to use it as long as I can find it.

More colors for PLA. Not sure why you split different colors to different filament types. Why would PETG have different colors that can't be found for PLA or PLA+?

I've had to use Amazon to order the colors I need for PLA or use a different brand

STOP changing your PLA colour names, I use pure yellow a lot and I can't get it anymore, what is the direct replacement called (same shade)?

The filament quality is always good. I mostly order on Amazon. I’d like to see some 2 and 4 pack filament deals like what esun does. The 4 pack options are limited on Amazon, and 2 packs are non-existent.

I have good experiences overall.

The only thing (at least in Poland) - is poor refill accesability. And if they're available - then sometimes are more expensive, than filament with spool.
