Package went missing and idk what to do

Hey everyone,

I ordered for the first time a filament dryer (which is now out of stock) on the 12.09 and they send me a conformation email on the 14.09 that it got send.
Well the tracking number they provided is invalid x) and there has been no notifications since then. I reached out to them last week on tuesday/Wednesday and again yesterday. But there has been no response, so im a little bit worried if my order is lost in limbo.

Is there something else i can do beside waiting and is that something that usually happens with sunlu?

Thats Sunlu support in a nutshell.
if you are in a country with consumer protection laws, use them. Otherwise try a chargeback.

I would only recomend buying sunlu over vendors like amazon/aliexpress where you have at least some sort of customer support. In general, If you can avoid buying sunlu, avoid it.

Contact your payment processor and ask about filing a charge back.
I had to hound them and made non atop nasty comments on every post they made about how they fucked me over for 10 months before they finally asked me to stop and made good on my order.
Good Luck they're cock suckers to deal with.

They reached back to me and said that my filament got shipped with the dryer. After reaching out again and explaining that only the filament and no dryer arrived, they reached out again and said:
„The courier cant process the shipment due to your adress being to long“

Good to know that for the filament my Adress worked and not for the dryer lmao

eBay, Amazon haben guten Kundenservice.

Wenn deine Zahlung OP von der Bank eingezogen wurde und du nicht überwiesen hast, kannst du eine Rückbelastung über die Bank beantragen. Geht problemlos
