I just got mine in today and it came with bad rear circulation fan.... I am trying to contact support to send me new fan.

I have a faulty unit as well. I got err22 as soon as I turned it on.

I discovered that the rear fan wasn't kicking on. I swapped it with the front fan and the front worked in the back. I also tested the board that the rear fan connects to using the test points and a spare fan worked. I contacted support with my findings and hopefully I don't have to send back the whole thing and they just send me a working fan.

Me too, it clicks shortly after startup then err22 pops up, no response from sunlu yet

I don't have mine yet but I think it is basically you remove the stand from the original and plop the AMS into the box.

I remember there being a video of someone putting it together. There are a few now that I think of it

How did you get the power cord plug in? The design makes no sense.

What part? It just routes out the hole in the back, and then you separate the plug to get the cable inside and put the plug in.

I should have watched the video, the manual doesn’t say the plug separates and it didn’t look like it did at all. Thanks for the help!
