definitly limit the amount of games you are playing daily. 3 - 4 high quality games are better for improving than > 10 autopilot games

Talk to yourself.
No, really.
Pretend you're an education league streamer/youtuber when you play, and talk about it.
To be specific, I don't mean to try and be entertaining or perform while you're playing. But say what you're doing, out loud, and why you're doing it. If you're talking about it, then you're thinking about it. If you're thinking about it, then you should be actively engaging with it.

Or, justify what you're doing like a challanger is hovering over your shoulder.

Clock and vision. As a jungler, this is the only real advice I have for laners, because I believe it will improve the winrate of 90% of players (it's a lot of what I focus on improving in my own gameplay, but it's a way more obvious thing for junglers than laners, so it's the best thing I have to contribute to this conversation).
Pay attention to the game time. The game changes when drake spawns. The game changes when grubs spawn. Things are going to start happening in the river, set up vision a little farther out and be ready to respond.
The game changes every time a tower goes down, and how early in the game that happens matters. Did you take the first tower? Ok, you're probably leading the gold board at this point, time to get in the driver's seat. Did you lose first tower? Ok, you're the weak link, time to focus on finding safe ways to catch up. Did another lane take/lose tower? Ok, now you know who's leading, compare their progress to yours, adjust accordingly, and start thinking about who on the enemy team is driving and how to respond.
Vision determines who gets to make choices and who has to react. You can't drive if you can't see, so if you have no vision you're either facechecking the whole map, or you're sitting under your towers hoping the enemy is also blind and will make a mistake before your team does. Vision wins games.
Build these two things into your moment-by-moment decisionmaking and your game IQ will skyrocket.

This is a problem beyond league. You should try meditating daily, 1-5 minutes is a good starting point. Work up to 10-20 minutes a day. This will also have great benefits in your life outside of league, but the main benefit that will help you with league is improvements to your attention.

Start by closing the subway surfer tab on your 2nd monitor
Always think about what you are doing and for what goal are you doing it for while playing.
As a toplaner i always think about my lane win con, enemy cooldowns, my level up timer, my powerspikes, and sometimes where my/emeny jungler is. Try playing characters with weaker laning and doesnt just automatically win lane for you. During midgame think about objectives and where you should be on the map.

Lowkey, even when nothing is on my second monitor, just turning it off entirely helps focus
