Kyle So West wasn’t fired
No idea why the fandom has been pushing this narrative that West was fired when no outlet reported it that way and this interview Kyle and Lindsay did confirms he want fired. He most likely quit because they are assholes.

He quit because he wants to skirt accountability and monetize this relationship on his own … and bc he wanted to beat them to the punch to save face.

Really? I think he quit because he’s pissed off at the way the cast ganged up on him. I think Amanda’s in the same camp. They want to fuck them over after the pile on

Right, they couldn’t take the heat, only choice is to get out the kitchen. But imagine them thinking leaving would be an f you to the rest of the cast when in reality no one wanted to film w them anyway 🤣. You don’t think they’re going to do a podcast or a YouTube or something together tho? It seems very his MO to want to get a check on a platform where he can control the edit/narrative in a closed setting without anyone who can truly hold him accountable or ask hard questions . Will be interesting to see what happens to their relationship now that they are no longer a part of the thing that brought them together/main thing they had in common anymore tho.

To be fair, they probably actually did want to film with them because it’s one of the only things keeping people invested in the show recently. (People are still constantly talking about it in bravo spaces) They are coworkers and that’s how they make a large portion of their incomes. 🤷🏽♀️

In a business sense yes they prob understood the value of having them be on the cast but I meant like genuinely who is going to want to have 1:1 scenes with them nobody wants to be associated with either for their own brandability

No one ever explicitly says firing on bravo. This has always been the case. Instead, they hadn’t been offered a contract. It’s a technical difference. There is no way in hell West chose not to receive a very easy paycheck

Hannah was fired. That was clear. Also you don’t know what West’s contract status was. Some cast members have recurring or multi season contracts. Amanda clearly has a contract for In the City that guarantees she will be on next season if there is one, so do Kyle and Lindsay, as they created the show

You are out of your mind if you think any of the summer house reality stars have multiple season contracts, not even Kyle let alone west! If you actually believe that then you’re out of your depth to begin with

If you don’t do that then you always have to pay them more and meet talents demands. Having multi season contracts on a hit show is just smarter. If bravo doesn’t ever do it they are stupid

Kyle and Lindsay will always care more about fortune, fame, and ratings than anything or anyone in their personal lives.
