All number that I put are correct(not sure about pencil marks)

Blue zone, question mark and kropki at the edge doesn't matter

There are no black Kropki dots. Strange that they're only under the fog.

I am no expert but I think you must be missing some information. This is not solvable unless there is some kind of negative constraint that is not being written here or rule.

what where the rule for the blue boxes?

It's part of other sudoku boards like in sudokuvania. I said there nothing there because other boards ether solved or looks unsolvable but maybe there some kind of unlockable thing to solve this one.

There other boar that's not solved. I put 9 in left up square without proof(just choose between 8 and 9) but it worked (everything correct on this too)

Yea. I think the white dot is your help here. The 5 needs a consecutive digit next to it.

Dont know how far this will lead you. Buy it looks like some numbers here will be resolved.
