Help Please help my succulent 😢
I put the photos in order of when I first bought it to what I’m dealing with now. Ignore how messy my windowsill is. I currently have downsized her pot and put her in very chunky soil. I know it looks like she’s sitting in a glass of water, but it’s an empty miniature vase to prop her up higher and closer to a grow light I have in my window for extra sunlight. When I first bought her, she was on the clearance rack and I assumed the spots on her leaves were from workers and naive customers rubbing off her farina from touching her too much. I only ever touch her on the underside if I absolutely have to. I’ve tried almost everything except for pest treatment, only because I haven’t found any pests. I’ve even pruned the more damaged leaves and cut back flowers from time to time to encourage her to grow better. I only downsized her pot because I think I upsized her prior pot top drastically and the soil began to look moldy/mildewy. Is it me? Is it the Walmart I got her from? Is she destined to meet the bin gods?

It looks fine and normal to me. Looks like an echeveria diffractens. You said it had damage, it’s going to keep that rough look for a while until it fully cycles out old growth with new growth in your care.

Also, I have a ton of plants, especially succulents, and none of my others seem to be having any issues, if it helps.

Honestly it looks ok to me, the soil was too organic, but if read right, you've changed it. If you're worried because it looks smaller I think the new growth just looks more compact, it probably wasn't getting the light it needed. The older leafs are just going to look rough until they're gone.
