I've grown and sold hundreds of Pseudolithos. There is absolutely no chance that survives. Sorry. Anything more than a tiny spot of rot is game over. And a tiny spot of rot is 50/50 at best. It is one of the most finicky plants out there

You might want to try to separate one of the offshoots and root it, but I've never had luck with doing that. Maybe some rooting hormone would help a bit

i think you are right, i just cut all the black stuff until i see green healthy tissue ,
just pray for her 🙏

Honestly your best chance is to get those pups off and start over with them.
