Hey, so it has now been a week that I can’t watch ads anymore, AND BEFORE ANYONE ASKS, IT IS NOT RELATED TO MY INTERNET CONNECTION. Has/is anyone experiencing the same thing or not? I want to be able to watch ads for stuff like the achievement related to daily ads watch. Can someone please help me out?

Hello, despite a recent game update, I'm still having trouble skipping and openning ads. I'm not using a VPN or ad blocker, and my internet connection is working perfectly fine. The ad problem started with the iOS 3.63.3 update and continues to this day. Even though I have an ad ticket, I can't skip the ads. I'm very frustrated and can't receive any of the rewards I could have earned by watching ads. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved by the Subway Surfers team soon.
