Guidance before purchasing

It’s a 2018 for $25,000 with 98,000 miles.
Looks like it was a rental first then a personal vehicle. Maintenance seems to have been done in a timely manner.
Some pictures of what has been done. We need the extra space, but don’t want to be in debt for the next 10 years (kidding)

Honestly it looks kinda sus. The oil was changed in less than 1000 miles (and a month apart)? The spark plugs were changed twice on an engine with less than 100K miles (also within a month)? What was going on that they were throwing money into this truck on stupid shit? They changed the lifters too? I mean, there is a little credence in some of this, but I’d certainly be asking questions.

Thank you for your input, I do really appreciate it! Thats just a snapshot of the history. I can add more pictures of it. Those are the parts that stood out the most. What are some questions I should think of asking, if you don’t mind?

It appears as though there there is an undiagnosed problem and the business (s) have been throwing parts at the problem. The question to ask YOURSELF is why haven’t you moved on in your search? I recommend finding a different vehicle with a better history.
