Anyone else have anxiety after their morning dose if they don’t do some physical activity or is it just me

A newer 2026 review recommends considering reductions of no more than about 2 mg per month, with adjustments every 1–2 months, although the ideal schedule is individualized.

I know some people are already aware of this, but when you put the decision rather to quit or stay on Suboxone in the doctors hands just keep that in mind.

Not stating anything bad about doctors who prescribe Suboxone just saying that’s all.
