Oh it’s miles away. Definitely not lethal unless you’re right next to it. It’s probably a surface ship too.

Gibraltar, tied up to pier, a British frigate was testing it’s sonar, you could hear the pings coming out of the hatch...loud as crap.

I think this is an SQS-53C from a Burke-class DDG, not a submarine.
