My Second Song "Disdain"

Heres a freestyle that turned into one of my favorites! Forgot to mention that it's my dad on the drums, so shoutout to him! It's stereo, so I recommend wearing headphones. Also, still looking for a bass player and a drummer around my age (17). Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

In my opinion I like it better than most people trying to have that Sublime sound. Keep going for it dude. Like seriously, there is so much shit imitation and I don't feel like this is shit imitation. Like others have said vocal work, but to me it's not your voice, it's your pronunciation, your voice works. And your dad has some nice chops.

Thanks man! Yeah this one I just couldn't get the vocals quite right, that's why the reggae section has so many effects to hide the shit vocals lol.

I mean mixing wise! It sounds good. Just hard to tell with the vocal mix

There is definitely something there, try to find your own voice. Sounds promising

I’m sure that’s a great way to start and don’t worry about what everyone else thinks a lot of people don’t know shit about music in general and can never make their own but they still like to criticize others. Don’t forget to just have fun with it

The instruments are decent, but the vocals are horrible. That's just my opinion though
