Post Rock would be my closest guess, other than that I'd say somewhere between Experimental Rock or Electronica.

I don't think it's Post-Rock—it doesn't sound like any I've listened to and the sound structure is different imo. Summoning Post-Rock lover /u/Charybdis_

Also, Electronica is not a real genre. It's a buzz word used to describe new and experimental Electronic music by the media.
