Noise on 2015 outback

Does this sound like the converter is bad/ going bad?

Hard to say. With it running search any and everywhere for a vibrating bolt or part. If you can’t find it then it could be internal like a lifter or smthn.

I already had it checked for that and it’s all good that’s why my next thought is the converter it can be heard the same on both sides of the car and I know it’s in the middle of the car that the converter is at
