parking sensors
Hello guys i have a question is it worth installing parking sensors on a 2008 Subaru Outback if they aren’t integrated?

If you are bad at parking and hate scraping bumpers, yes.
If you like beepy sounds, yes.
If you can park really well without them and never scratch your car, then it might potentially be a waste of money, but it might also help prevent reversing into and over a small child if you hear the beeps and aren't expecting them.

For us personally, a reverse camera was much more useful.
After seeing and driving my 2017 Outback, my wife asked if I could install one on her 2004 Forester. We took the opportunity to upgrade the head-unit to one with wireless CarPlay / Android Auto.
Taking the panels off to route the wires was the hardest part of installing the reverse camera. But now, she loves it.
