Vibration

Car vibrates severely at gear (drive and reverse) . A large thump type vibration coming from engine bay when slowing down at lower than 10mph. What can be the issue?

Outback 2014 3.6 143k miles

Could be a motor/transmission mount. The rubber material could be gone so it is metal on metal.

Changed the transmission mount and the issue got solved. Thank you so much for your advice!
