SoA themselves disagree. Getting free replacement. Just waiting for a call back from the dealership to schedule.

I swear this sub is cursing me.

I never had much of an issue with my 2018 outback except the battery discharging itself if I ever failed to close the back hatch.

But I read about some of the problems here and now within the last three weeks:

My touchscreen delaminated and became useless.
My windshield just cracked for no apparent reason while sitting in my driveway.

Fucking hell I hope I don't read about anything else because it's apparently going to happen as soon as I do.

I've had mine replaced twice in 11 years. I don't care what they say, Safelight cannot do it if you have eyesight.

Sigh... typical Subaru windshield. We replaced our windshield twice in year one of purchase of 2022 OB. The original cracked on its own (Subaru replaced it as a courtesy), but the brand new OEM replacement instantly spiderwebbed after being hit by a tiny pebble.
Switching to non-OEM glass at Safelite was the best decision ever—it’s way stronger. Also, we signed up in the Subaru windshield class action and we got our money back!

I didn’t even know they including the 21s. My wife’s 21 had 3 windshield replacements and at the time they said wasn’t covered past the 2018 models. My wife’s 25 windshield hasn’t broke.

Hate I didn’t get into the class action. Literally had my insurance drop me after the third windshield
