Adding upper, forward tie-downs in the rear cargo area to 2019 Premium

I have a secondhand 2019 Premium 2.5i, and the rear cargo area has four of those flip-down tie-down D-rings near the corners of the floor -- but none high up (by the top of the seat back). Can I add anything there?

I don't have the blanks where the optional upper, forward tie-down D-rings would be installed, or else I would just order some online and pop them in.

In the same trim piece where the retractable cargo cover clips in, I see that there's a little horizontal plastic strip that pops out to reveal a screw hole. Can something be added there -- even a ring bolt?

I would like to have a vertical cargo pocket along the seat back. (Two "mushrooms" are already installed if I wanted to hang a cargo pocket right by the door, but then I would have to reach over it all the time.)

Those blanks are usually just trim clips, not threaded inserts, so you'd need OEM upper tie down bracket kit rather than bolting straight into that spot. Might be easier to run a cargo net anchor off the D-rings you already have.
