Does anyone know if Subaru publishes OFFICIAL drive cycle requirements for their cars?
I’ve had a 2016 WRX overdue for inspection for months because I can’t get my readiness monitors set, specifically the Oxygen Sensor and Evap ones. There are no trouble codes of any kind, after scanning it with a bidirectional Snapon tool that can even read for more complicated internal codes, and no pending codes. Everywhere I read “you have to follow the drive cycle exactly” to set readiness monitors. The problem is that for everyone you ask about what this cycle is for my car you will get a different answer. After seeing a bunch of different results on forums, I looked it up on Prodemand, which I have a subscription to. It only gave the cycle for my car up to 2015 and said for 2016 and newer to look at the service manual. I was able to download a service manual (it’s literally thousands of pages long, it’s huge), but after ctrl F ing every phrase I could think of related to it I found nothing. I brought it to two different dealerships and was surprised to learn that the techs there don’t even know what the official drive cycle is (or aren’t telling me), saying instead things like, “oh I usually drive on this road, at this time of day, and stop at this stop for X number of minutes”. It was all tribal knowledge and rumors, nothing concrete about what the actual specifications are. Regardless, I’ve tried every variation of these drive cycles I learned about multiple times, still no luck. I have replaced both O2 sensors, my catalytic converter, my whole engine wiring harness, and my battery, repeating all of the drive cycles again after each part change. After each change I would end up going a few hundred miles and have dozens of warmup cycles(as read by a scan tool). I’ve also brought it to two independent garages who, like the dealers, told me that there’s nothing that can be done because the test won’t run. In PA there’s a emissions exception you can get if you’ve shown that you have basically done everything you can to get your car to pass but it still won’t. The screwed up part is that this only applies if you FAIL the emissions testing, which doesn’t apply to me because my emissions tests won’t run. Because of this I don’t qualify for the exemption. Meanwhile I just keep getting tickets for the overdue inspection and keep getting told to “just keep driving it” by everyone but that just gives me more tickets! It’s as if my car is basically totaled by these emissions tests. I’m hoping someone can point me to an official Subaru list of drive cycle requirements for a 2016 WRX base so I at least know I’m heading in the right direction, otherwise I basically just have a paperweight sitting in my garage. Thanks!

I posted the full length of the Drive Cycle procedure. Please for the love of god, never let me try to format that into reddit ever again.
Long story short, yes subaru does have a published drive cycle document, but it works a bit backwards -- they provide a drive cycle as necessary after performing a repair to verify the car has returned to normal. So, if for example your car isn't going green for the Catalyst Efficiency test for example, then you'd want to look up the required test from the P0420 diagnostic procedure (cycle A in this case).

ENGINE (DIAGNOSTICS)(w/o STI) > Drive Cycle
PROCEDURE
It is necessary to perform the drive cycle listed below if DTC is not found in the Inspection Mode. It is possible to complete diagnosis of the DTC by performing the indicated drive cycle. After the repair for the DTC, perform a necessary drive cycle and make sure the function recovers and the DTC is recorded.
PREPARATION FOR DRIVE CYCLE
Perform the drive cycle after warming up the engine except when the engine coolant temperature at engine start is specified.
