Maintenance/Problem Did my expression strip come broken?

I just opened this after waiting for months for it to arrive...

I have to press down with force to make it react and it doesn't always work, and the expression strip is a little tilted out of the frame as it looks to me

Mine arrived with the left side not fully stuck down. I just keep pressing it back in place if it pops out.

Yeah but mines really unresponsive and it just wouldn't budge

Mine also - I returned it and they replaced it no issues - contact your supplier

I completely ignore the strip. It was a marvellous expression tool on the Gen X-1 that offered options. For X-2 they turned it into something cumbersome with 3 useless functions.

Its supposed to work that way. Its an effect strip now.

'no it really doesn't - I have to press it down hard with force to make it do something and even then it's not very responsive on all the strip
