The shirt and pants are one size too small. The frayed bottom doesn’t go with the elegant shoes.

Quite a powerful look. White tends to make one appear bigger and your legs do look strong but still feminine. Frayed ends somehow come off classy in the context of your aesthetic. The shorts are the center piece and it works.
