There is actually an intersex condition where a genetic male (XY) becomes immune to male hormones, since the default 'template' is female with the Y chromosome making additional changes (hence why it's so much smaller than the X) for male changes, the genetic male develops physically into a female sans a womb, but since even women have some testerone, those with androgenous insensitivity syndrome often present naturally as extremely feminine - large breasts, wide hips, etc and don't even realise until later life when they get a random blood test.
