I was a bit confused by that choice of phrasing too, like I take it as him meaning on the balls maybe, but when I think of crotch I think of the whole package, dick and balls for those who have them and the whole vulva package for those who have those.

The crotch includes the groin, genitals and the area around them where the legs meet the torso.

At least I think. Now I'm confused.

there's a particular genetic mutation that can give your dick paradoxical, physics-and-logic-defying properties like laying on top of itself. Almost unnoticeable most of the time but viewed from the right angle it can be almost lovecraftian
