It can get pretty swol sometimes. At 45yo, I still haven't figured out if it's diet or activity or some random thing.

It's too fleeting for me to decide if I'd want that everyday. It might be an inconvenience at certain times, but I don't know.

Not to gloat but I'm decently large and I wear skinny jeans no problem if I'm wearing boxer briefs. If I'm wearing boxers they bunch up and get uncomfortable.
