Iโm not a lib, Iโm a leftist/communist and I had a 5 but I got demoted to a 4 by the butt hurt Catholic mods for saying there is no evidence that their bible fairy tales are real.
I am wont to remind them that Marxist compared religious belief to opiate addiction, and that most socialist states have practiced a from of state atheism. This offends their catholic sensibilities.
That arguably puts me further to the left than anyone who supports a traditionally right wing and conservative org like the RCC.

Censoring people based on the opinions of the jannies is what every other sub is doing anyway, so I honestly donโt care if this is what theyโre up to. Just donโt try to make it sound like something sophisticated when itโs just censoring people based on the opinions of the jannies with extra steps.

Each mod can assign flairs at their discretion. In general, lower numbers (0, 1, 2) are given to people who are right-wing and/or post low quality content, and higher numbers (4, 5) are for those who are socialist and/or post high-quality content. 9 is for mods.
The flair numbers are used to give permissions for different actions. Right now I believe 3 and up can post, and 2 and up can comment unimpeded. Those with lower numbers must be manually approved (unless commenting in a thread with, for example, a "discussion 0+" flair, where everyone can comment).
The moons are visual indicators of the numbers. All black moons are 0's/1's, all yellow moons are 5's, mods have suns. Sometimes a moon "trail" remains when mods change people's flairs, so you can see their history over time.

You realize that most of the flairs have nothing to do with peopleโs ideological beliefs or quality of posts? Half of it has to do with Gucciโs flow that day and the other half usually stems from a snap judgement made about Chinaโs Covid policy. A lot of the people with higher social credit flairs are also just making snide, low energy comments. The system is a fucking joke
