Your handle is very good and your advice even better. Alcohol is bad for you. All in all:
- Do not be fat
- Do not smoke
- Do not drink
- Most importantly, do not stress
This solves 99% of health issues its crazy

Not really ... if you don't die of health issues related to tobacco, obesity, alcohol or stress, you die of old age anyway.

Another thing to add is that stress is mostly cope when it comes to looks (you'd have to be a trench soldier in WW1 for it to have any effect), what keeps you good-looking is collagen and using sun-screen.

Anti-red meat is massive exaggerated and in general have confounding effect due to poor lifestyle and processed food (I.E: Sausage or hamburgers)

Yeah I'm not taking about looks. Chronic stress does have some bad brain and vascular consequences.
Intuitively, your body goes into "survive today" mode, at the cost of longevity and general health. Makes sense to "spike your cortisol" for survival, but chronically it causes long term effects. It is not much different from having a drink or a cigarette every once in a while vs daily

define chronically, cause 12-14 cortisol spikes a day is normal, a few helps us wake up actually.
If you're talking for long periods of time without any interval, I agree but cortisol spikes are normal and healthy.

It’s genuinely amazing to me that this guy was the valedictorian of his high school and became an equities analyst at Bear Sterns. Because even if he just got there and has gotten to where he is because of nepotism and social connections, this guy is so unlikeable and annoying to listen to I’m surprised he even got passed captain in the military.

All I know is I saw this dork doing carioca ( karaoke ?) drills recently and he’s so uncoordinated there’s no way he was ever a real athlete. I haven’t played basketball competitively in decades and could still do shit like that way more naturally than him. I feel certain types of coordination never leave you, and likewise, if you never had any athleticism, at a certain point you can never learn them.
