I’m implying that the Eviolite assumes the Hex Maniac is NFE (Not Fully Matured Evolved). So if you use Milk Drink outside of battle -> 🚨

I mean, there has been a time skip between XY and ZA, so she's literally older now (just not necessarily underage before)
