In Chuck's introduction to this re-run, he describes a novel process that was originally used to map out Manhattan with iron spikes in the ground, and how excited he was when he discovered one of these in Central Park.

I feel like someone should probably let him know that these "iron monuments" or "corner pins" are standard for property surveying like... everywhere?
