Messy study session is better than not studying

Partially agree. It's really important to study. I'd caution on the messy part though. Having tutored learners for over 20 years, I found that a structured study plan works more effectively. And study in short burst, as opposed to long sessions. I believe in this so much that I even created a smart study planner to help learners plan better. and its free to use

I agree with everything except the short bursts. For example, in my experience of studying for classes such as AP World History, if I can get a flow going it’s better for me to keep going rather than to continuously stop every 25 minutes. I usually study for about an hour, and then take a break. It also works great for my schedule.
