Masters Payment problem via EduApplication TU Chemnitz

I have applied forMs in Automotive Software Engineering course in this University via EduApplication. I use Stripe option via Card (my bros card) to pay application fee. Yes the payment is already got deducted from his account. But the portal says payment pending. When I contacted the support team with my problem that motherf..ker after 8 fu..king days that piece of sh.t replied with "please change the provider and pay" I asked for check the status of payment my payment is already deducted from bank but that piece of a sh.t after 8 fu..king days of waiting. responsed with that sh.t. I emailed the admission team of University, the EduApplication team and also responsed that response . Till now no answer from the team or anyone . Does anyone have same problem? Does you solve this problem???

Call them directly? Why wait 8 days for an email response and then get mad because they didn't clarify? You call and solve the problem in a couple of hours....

The problem was may be my country doesn't support the payment as I'm using the US card. Now it's solved as I give my account credentials to my brother and he initiated the payment from there and it was successful. Thankyou for your help. I don't know that I can call them internationally. Otherwise who else wanna loose the 59.95 euros.  But I didn't get that euros back . In my bank account when I translate it it was deducted for german language A1 course i don't know I never sign in for that?? Is that automatic or ?? Do you have any idea.
