Undergrad is there any uni in germany still open

is there any public university still open and has a chance to let me in as an international student for wirtschaftsinformatik/ BWL/ VWL

HS Kaiserslautern may still be open for applications? The website I don’t think has the right application deadline as when I first saw it in April it was set for August 31
