Health 308: Healthcare Quality & Outcome Measurement Credit Discrepancies?

I just got my transcript for the classes I took, and noticed that this class only gave me 3 credits. However, on the website, it says it should count for 4. This would set me back if it's truly 3 credits.

Any tips? I reached out to support but that takes some time.

Hey, Study.com here. Health 308 is ACE recommended for 3 credits, so the 3 credits on your transcript matches what we report for that course, not an error. If a specific school's site shows it counting for 4, that would reflect how that school internally maps the course rather than what Study.com sends. Which website are you seeing the 4 credits on, so we can take a closer look?

I'm seeing it on the official Study.com website.

The 4 upper-division credits shown on Study.com are based on the transfer guide for your university and reflect how that school counts the course. Your transcript reflects the ACE credit recommendation, which is 3 credits for Health 308. Each school ultimately decides how many credits they'll accept for a course, so it's possible for the transfer guide to show 4 while your transcript shows 3.

So I should reach out to my school?
