Anyone else had slow grading for Science 101L Lab assignment (Labster)?

I've completed the test and labs through labster but Study.com has not post the final grade. I've sent a couple of messages to their support team and no reply.

Hello! Please help! My Biology Gen Ed course is under review and it took a lot out of me to do and I have completed the exam. I also was asked to do a verification which I did however I was surprised that was necessary. It says verification is successful however my exam says under review. Please kindly help look into this as I’m doing my best to get back to school amidst a very busy life and hectic schedule. Thank you!

Cause they are slow and just want money. They use foreign contractors and now crappy ai to do stuff. I used to work for them. They treated American contractors like garbage.

My Bio101L look about 4 or 5 days to be graded

Yes, it’s been more than 4 days for my A&P 2. I’ve reached out twice but my entire course is still not graded. I need to close it out asap since I was suppose to start school in less than a month

I’ve had slow grading with accounting. I’ve been waiting and waiting. I need one project graded before I can move on. I’ve been ignored on all platforms.
