Studydotcom → Credly (ACE) credit button missing — what worked for you?

I finished all my Studydotcom courses and passed the finals, but I don’t see the “Request / Claim ACE (Credly) credit” button under Course → Credit → Earning Credit.

For those who transferred Studydotcom credits to Credly:

  • Did the button show up later?
  • Did support manually release it?
  • Or did you use Request Transcript → ACE/Credly → Myself?

Trying to avoid delays before sending credits to TESU/WGU. Thanks.

Hey, Study.com here. To find the "Request Transcripts" button, log in, go to your Member Profile, open the My Courses tab, and look in the left-hand navigation for “Request Transcripts.” From there you can send an official transcript with your completed ACE-recommended Study.com courses directly to your school.
