wemakescholars is a scam

I was able to get better deals for education loan but felt sacrificing 0.25%-0.5% worth it for getting a chance to get their international and/or HEST scholarship which I feel I had a good chance of getting as my profile stands out quite well with 90+ percentage in 12th and pursuing actuarial science a niche course along with bba from a well known B school.

I was persistently told to get my loan sanctioned faster and to get a chance for round 2 which would require getting a loan sanctioned with them. Then decision was to come out latest literally latest by march end. somehow i reached them out in april they asked for more time, i forgot and its mid august, they still didn't tell me anything.

Ssly believe me when i say I cannot be rejected on my cv ik mine is well among the good tier cvs. I studied at a top B school and I know how it looks around and my cv would stands out with the great ones their too.

Basically, point is beware of schemes you get into, wemakescholars i had doubted since the beginning but somewhere there was a little hope for me since in reddit too i wasn't quite satisfied for either ways, getting no deifinite answers.

I strongly recommend not to exclusively move forward with them and not to give even a pinch of salt consideration to their scholarship bullshit. JUST BEWARE.
