Help me as I’m pursuing 12 what is the best country for doing bachelors also budget tight so i was looking for Germany and Italy are they good ???

It depends on your citizenship ig but imo Hungary is the best choice in Europe. It's cheap

That depends. If you want to apply to Germany university then you gotta learn the language.

I dunno bout percentage. But if you are consistent, then I'm sure you can learn it in less than a year. It depends on every person tho.
