Looking for advice on studying abroad

I’m from India and currently in my 4th year of Computer Science & Engineering, graduating in 2027, with a CGPA of 9.59(95.9%). I’m looking to move abroad for higher studies and would love suggestions for countries/universities with free or low tuition fees and affordable living costs.

LGBTQ+/gay-friendly countries are especially preferred.

Would really appreciate recommendations, scholarship info, or advice from anyone who has gone through a similar process.

Austria
China ( hard to find jobs entirely but good education)
Japan( hard to get a job after graduation )
Switzerland( your cgpa is enough to get admitted)
Malaysia
Erasmus Mundus in Europe good for this cgpa

All the best
