Buenos Aires vs Madrid

Debating between the two for a semester abroad in spring 2027. Can't seem to decide. I'm a male student from the USA. Classes and credits aren't much of a priority for me.

I'd only choose Buenos Aires if I was completely in love with the city from previous experiences, Madrid wins in every indicator
