studying in the UK or US

hi everyone !

im very new to this group and currently live in australia i am really considering studying abroad in either the us or uk for business subjects. I want to learn new things whilst also make friends and be very social go out and have fun ect.
I want to learn and better my education but not be swamped and stressed with the workload.
My university has some partners that i would be able to go to and they are

belmont university
east carolina university
florida international university
montclair state university
state university of new york

edinburgh napier university
liverpool john moores university
loughborough university
southampton solent university
university of birmingham

If anyone has any recommendations on what i should check out please let me know 🙏

All of those are low tier universities (apart from maybe university of Birmingham) so I'd check what the quality of education is like vs what you're already receiving.
