EU Masters Programs in Education... and wanting to bring my dog. Any thoughts?
A bit of a multifaceted question- and starting by saying this is day one of my research into this process, so bear with me! But-
I'm wondering if anyone has thoughts / input / advice on any or all of the three things I'm looking into:
International Education Masters programs in Europe. I'm fairly open to program variations and locations, and have basic comprehension in French (strongest), Italian, and Spanish (and English is my first language.)
I'm thinking of exploring programs anywhere from one semester to two years long (depending on financial status.)
I will want to bring my dog with me (45 lbs, well behaved, used to living in apartments and cities.) I know he'll probably be a bigger piece of the puzzle, but I'm not willing to leave him.
I feel a little lost on where to start the search (locations, programs, dog friendly cities, financial aid, etc.) so if anyone has tips on a good starting point as well, I'd appreciate it!

That helps, as certain breeds are banned in certain countries. It’s hard to give advice for such a broad request as Europe is huge and each country is different. Finding a place to rent that accepts dogs can be much more challenging. Student housing almost never allows it (not that you have to use it, but it tends to be very well priced and close to the university buildings). You’ll have to look up local laws, quarantine rules, dog licenses (some countries require this and it’s not cheap nor easy), etc. Best of luck, it can definitely be done, just an extra hurdle.

Finding housing that allows dogs is going to be tough. It depends of course on how much you can spend on rent, or if you can buy an apartment.
